Once you have purchased your tickets, please provide us with the flight details. Members of the Zarmanazan team will be at the airport to meet all participants upon arrival. We will take charge of participants as soon as they exit with their luggage and, upon departure, accompany them back to the security gates. We will also provide assistance in the event of flight delays or cancellations.

Once your registration is confirmed and your passport is validated, we will send you an official invitation letter to include with your application. You must obtain a Schengen visa. Please note that the arrival airport is Geneva International Airport in Switzerland, which is part of the Schengen Area. It is your responsibility to complete all the necessary procedures in your country of residence; we cannot intervene in visa process.

Each airline has its own regulations for minors traveling without an adult. Some airlines offer a mandatory or optional escort service. It is your responsibility to verify these rules with the airline when purchasing the ticket.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances and prior agreement from us, participants may not change the dates of their stay.

The program begins the moment participants gather at the designated meeting point for the bus departure, or when they are welcomed at the airport or train station. To ensure that all participants experience the same conditions, we do not allow parents or friends to accompany participants to the Zarmanazan site.

"Mille et un mondes" is a French non-profit association dedicated to the practice and learning of Western Armenian. Under French law and the French Ministry of National Education, the association is responsible for all aspects of the program, including education, finance, and safety. Accordingly, all registration procedures and program operations are conducted in its name.
